After the assessment is performed, a maturity report and score is generated.
Based on the DQA vision and goals, we make a recommendation plan to improve on the gap(s).
Recommendation may be implemented with our help or your choice of partner or internal team.
Re-evaluation done at the agreed and suggested time to assess the improvements.
Recommendations are adjusted according to the progress made.
Assessment are typically performed onsite to be more effective.
